Cancellation by Us

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@cohavi.com immediately. Our agreement with you comes into existence once your order and payment are accepted. Cancellation of custom-made orders is subject to our replacement policy.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Cohavi provides an estimated delivery date for all parcels, but dates are estimates only.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping within Australia.

  • International shipping: AUD $30.

Pick Up
You may select "Pick Up" and collect your jewellery from our Sydney studio. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Cohavi is not responsible for duties, taxes, or fees assessed on international shipments, nor for delivery delays. All orders are sent with tracking. Once tracking confirms delivery, Cohavi cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@cohavi.com immediately. We will replace your item at our cost.

Cohavi does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Security Policy

Cohavi uses secure payment methods through our e-commerce platform. All transaction data is encrypted and protected.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims against Cohavi which relate to or are incidental to any transaction. You also agree to indemnify and hold Cohavi harmless from any claims, loss, or expense arising from your use of this website or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
