Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping
All Cohavi jewellery is Handcrafted to order, so please allow 14–18 days for production.
We offer standard shipping within Australia. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
If you require your jewellery by a certain date, please email info@cohavi.com prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to meet your request.
International Shipping
Cohavi is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed on international shipments, nor for delays that may arise when shipping internationally. All orders are sent with tracking. For international shipments, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.
All jewellery is sent with tracking. If the tracking information indicates the parcel has been delivered, Cohavi cannot be held responsible for lost packages. For deliveries within Australia, any package lost in transit will be covered by our insurance. If your order is returned to Cohavi by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for re-shipment. Cohavi does not accept shipping accounts provided by customers.
Returns & Exchanges
All Cohavi jewellery is handcrafted to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, scratched, or broken, we will gladly replace it. Please contact info@cohavi.com with photos and a description of the issue, and we will guide you through the replacement process.
Resizing & Adjustments
If your item needs adjustment (e.g., resizing a ring), we can assist where possible. Additional costs may apply depending on materials required. Each case is handled individually.
Sale Items & Earrings
We strictly do not accept replacements or adjustments for sale items or pierced earrings. Please review product dimensions carefully before purchase or contact us with any questions.
Returns Process
To report a faulty or damaged item, contact info@cohavi.com with photos and details.
We will advise you on next steps, including whether your item needs to be sent back to our studio and where to send it.
Ensure your item is returned in its original condition and packaging, if applicable. Cohavi reserves the right to return items that do not meet these criteria.
Once your item reaches our studio, we will contact you regarding the replacement. Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order, and it is your responsibility to safely return the jewellery.
